FORJA ROTEC can offer you the following types of heat treatment:

  • primary heat treatment (annealing – all types and normalization)
  • secondary heat treatment (austenitize + tempering, improvement and implementing solution hardening)
  • stress relieving – the electric oven has 8000 x 3000 x 2000 mm (L x l x h)

Polymer quenching tank with chilling station

Oil quenching tank

Water quenching tank

Sand blasting machine up to 10t

Resistance heated vertical furnaces:

  •  Chamber dimension: Ø 1600 x 3500 mm and Max Temp: 1000°C
  •  Chamber dimension: Ø 1600 x 5000 mm and Max Temp: 1000°C
  •  Chamber dimension: Ø 1000 x 1500 mm and  Max Temp: 1000°C

Resistance heated horizontal furnace:

  • Chamber dimension:  5000 mm x 2000 mm and Max Temp: 1000°C
